Henry Cavill calls this gym in Budapest one of the best

Henry Cavill shot the new Netflix fantasy series, The Witcher, in Budapest. And of course, while being there, he had to keep up his physique as well by going to the gym between shooting his scenes.

He went to Flex, a gym in Budapest, reports Player.

Flex offers a wide variety of services like bodybuilding, CrossFit, cardio park, but it also has a healthy restaurant called Flex’n Fresh, as well as infrasaunas.

No wonder many actors chose to work out there while filming in Budapest. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dwayne Johnson or Jamie Foxx and Will Smith are just a few examples.

Henry Cavill mentioned Flex on The Witcher press tour while being asked about how he keeps his impressive shape during filming. He then starts to praise Flex Gym, saying it is one of the best gyms he has ever been to. When the interviewer jokingly notes that she “loves the shoutout they are getting right now”, Cavill says Flex Gym deserves every bit of it. He was well looked after and not just because he is famous for his role as Superman in the DC Universe.

This was not the first time Henry Cavill mentioned having a great time in Flex Gym. He posted a photo of himself working out back in June and paired it with a heartfelt and motivating caption while praising Ádám Szedlacskó, the head of Flex gym, for his helpfulness.

Having a little flashback to my days in Budapest on The Witcher and found this photo. I like it because it shows that it doesn’t take huge weights everyday to achieve results. I was doing everything I could in a busy busy schedule to try and get something in, whenever I could. During this period I learned that it’s not the weight that matters, it’s the workout. So if you’re shy about going to the gym because there is always someone next to you using mahoosive weights, don’t be. You do your weights, just make every workout count. You might end up looking better than the fella or lady next to you that’s using those heavy weights. I also wanted to give a massive shout-out to Adam at Flex Gym. Adam went out of his way to help make sure I could get some training in, no matter the time of day or night, he’d open the gym so I could throw some weights (big or little!) around.
